Shipping details and Delivery Options

Our goal at Lost Anchor Boutique is to provide a smooth, dependable, and transparent shipping experience for every customer. We are proud to offer FREE shipping on orders over $99, making it even easier for you to enjoy the styles you love without added cost. All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package as it moves through the USPS system.

Please note that once an item has been shipped, any delivery inquiries should be directed to USPS, as they are the carrier responsible for scanning, transporting, and delivering your package. Our team is always happy to assist with general order questions, but USPS will have the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information after your order leaves our facility.

Lost Anchor Boutique is not responsible for international duties, customs fees, or taxes that may apply to your shipment. These charges, when applicable, are assessed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are also not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in the mail. Once the tracking information shows that USPS has accepted the package, all claims regarding loss, damage, or delays must be filed directly with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you do not see it, please contact your local Post Office as your first step. In many cases, packages marked delivered are located and delivered within 1–2 business days due to courier or internal routing errors. We recommend checking with neighbors, household members, and your mail carrier as well.
